Hi, my name is Tom and this is my website.

I am 26 years old and live in Southampton in the UK. I have a degree in Business Information Systems from Southampton Solent University and am a professional member of the British Computer Society.

I am Commercial Director for Lightwave UK, an LED Lighting and Professional Audio company based in the New Forest.

I’ve been messing about with computers forever, from playing ‘Roland In Time’ on my Amstrad CPC6128, to installing and administering the latest corporate server systems.

Over the years I have installed, configured, crashed and fixed just about every operating system written (give or take a couple of obscure linux distros) and have a keen interest in computer and internet security.

I consider myself quite a ‘worldly’ guy and am a supporter of many good causes including:

• Human Rights
• Freedom of Information
• Environmental Issues
• Online Privacy

My other interests including Visual Illusion, Digital Graphics, Web Design and Extreme Card Manipulation.

I am also a keen photographer and have many years experience in photography starting with the old manual SLR’s and darkroom developing (ah, the good old days), right up to the top end digital SLR’s.

Music is also a big passion of mine. I love listening to many genre’s and have been playing the guitar for about 5 years now, both electric and acoustic. One of the divisions of the Lightwave UK is Focal Direct which I am also involved with. Focal Direct is an authorized national reseller of Focal Audio products – some of the best loudspeakers on the planet.
